You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first. To proceed with a cancellation request, kindly contact our support team through email. If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within five to seven business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you will still have the option to initiate a return once the product is delivered, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
At this time, we do not offer changes to items or addresses after an order has been placed. If you wish to make modifications, you will need to cancel the existing order (if eligible) and place a new one.
